Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years experience as a sales admin in handling tenders at LPSE and EPROC both online and offline
- Have a good attitude, responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative
- Fluent in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint)
Requirements:
- Prepare documents needed for pre-qualification and post-qualification of tenders
- Coordinate with internal related company documents needed for tenders (legal documents, bank guarantee, performance bond, etc.)
- Good understanding of the tender system; private sector and government using LPSE & E-Procurement tender mechanism
- Communicating and coordinating from time to time regarding all matters relating to the interest of the tender with the supervisor’s knowledge
- Create Sales Orders for Purchase Orders received from sales and coordinated with related parties
- Make claims/reimbursements from the sales team and coordinate with the finance team
- Prepare documents, tickets, hotel reservations, and other needs for the sales team on official work travel
