Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Customer Hub System Network including PP Server, NMS, Line Card, etc
- Doing VSAT Hub System Project implementation installation, integration & migration
- Doing Monthly & Quarterly Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance Activity
- Creating Monthly & Quarterly Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Report
- Follow up case with TAC
- Attending meeting with the Customer both offline & online
- Aware of Customer Request, Query & Complaints
- Doing Physical & Functional Checking upon material arrival
- Build up strong & good relationship with customer
Requirements:
- Possess ability to build up strong & good relationship with customer
- Willing to work 24/7 & in holiday
- Willing to travel & work on Customer site
- Having strong knowledge in VSAT Hub system, especially for iDirect Product
- Possess ability & experience in analyzing & troubleshooting
- Having experience in doing maintenance of Network
- Able to work independently & on team
- Having good english ability both speaking & writing
